Weeks run from Saturday - Saturday. Winning bidders need to complete their stay in the villa Within 2 years from the date of purchase. Stays may be taken during any available week, Excluding the following timeframes: mid-December to mid-January; week of Spanish Easter. Bookings are handled on a first come, first served basis - subject to availability. Security Deposit ($1500) against accidental damages required to confirm reservation.
