The villa offers 6,000 square feet of seamless indoor-outdoor living, including two indoor gardens - blurring the division between the luxurious interior and the tropical outdoor environs. An indoor water feature flows gently into the infinity edged pool that appears to spill right into the lush vegetation. At night, the grounds are illuminated, providing a unique nighttime experience.
A private fully self sufficient 2 bedroom garden villa is set apart from the main villa, and features two large bedrooms with queen beds and en-suite bathrooms, separate pool, indoor/outdoor lounge areas and decks, and a well equipped kitchen. The garden villa is available at extra cost to accommodate larger groups. The main villa features four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms that are all located on the upper levels. Three bedrooms offer king sized beds. The 4th bedroom offers two queen sized beds, and all bedrooms open to either a terrace or balcony with lush garden views. The master suite features a large jacuzzi bath with views of the rainforest surrounding the villa.

Weeks run from Saturday - Saturday. Winning bidders can enjoy their stay in the villa during any available Week, with black out periods being the weeks of Christmas and New Year. Bookings are handled on a first Come, first served basis and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Once the winner chooses a Suitable week and the booking is confirmed, no date changes can be guaranteed, therefore travel insurance Is highly recommended. At the time of booking, a $800 refundable security deposit and a $200 non-refundable Accidental damage waiver fee is required. Valid for 18 months from date of purchase.
