Featuring 4 bedrooms + bonus room, 3.5 bathrooms, an open-concept design and plenty of communal space flooded with natural light - there’s ample room to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests (ideally 2 families of 4-6 adults + children sharing bunkbeds). The home offers a variety of entertainment options, starting with the game room. Here, you'll find a 12-foot shuffleboard table, a regulation billiards table with an optional ping pong top, a 55” Smart TV and an Xbox One (don’t forget to pack your favorite games!) On the main floor, the family room features a 65” Smart TV with Apple TV, DVD player and sideboard stocked with a variety of DVDs and board games. All TVs are equipped with streaming apps such as Netflix, Apple TV, YouTube TV, and a Sonos surround sound system provides an immersive audio experience.

Terms & conditions

Bookings are handled on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Winning bidders must complete their stays within 18 months from the Date of purchase. Excluded dates: All major U.S. holiday weeks. Excluded timeframes may be booked for an extra fee. A refundable security deposit ($1000) against accidental damages required at time of booking.
