Accommodation
The 5,500 ft² villa boasts 3 King suites with full private bathrooms, plus one smaller Queen bedroom with a separate full bathroom. The home was designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests included with your stay, and is ideal for 3 couples/6 adults + 2 children.
Onsite amenities and features include floor-to-ceiling glass walls for views in all directions, expansive rooftop terrace with bar and lounge area, a 40ft infinity pool, private dock with 25ft custom boat, tropical gardens with outdoor entertainment spaces and more.
While you are here
Your personal chef will prepare fresh and delicious meals each day. Your stay also includes one full-day use of the villa’s private boat (with captain). Choose from a number of water-based adventures like island hopping, fishing trips, sunset cruises and more. Just ask your captain for recommendations.

Terms & conditions
Winning bidders may take their stays during any time of year (excluding the weeks of Christmas and new year). Bookings are handled on a first come, first served basis - And are subject to availability at the time of booking. A refundable damage deposit of $2,000 is due prior to check in. Valid for use within 1 year from the date of purchase.

Flights to Placencia Airport (Code: PLJ)
Airport transfers (Villa concierge can arrange this service for a fee, or guests can rent vehicles at the airport for a short drive to the villa)
Provisioning/Cost of food for meals prepared by chef
