The property is an extraordinary villa with breath-taking sea views, located in a quiet position in Praiano which is a small town on the Amalfi Coast, halfway between the villages of Positano and Amalfi.
The house was recently restored and decorated in a way to enhance its bright and airy features. It’s equipped with all comforts, including washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, 4 gas cooker, kettle, moka, american coffee maker, toaster and all cooking tools.
It also has a BBQ area, 2 spacious terraces equipped with sun beds, tables as well as a small garden which make it truly relaxing to stay outdoors, enjoying the sunset or a romantic dinner under the starlit sky of the fascinating Amalfi Coast, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
The property is a large villa which can accommodate up to 8 guests, composed of four bedrooms with unique and traditional style and character. Wi-Fi service is available for free everywhere in the house and every room has A/C - heating.
The villa is perched on an exclusive area of the Amalfi coast slope, accessible by a private 50 steps staircase overlooking a breath-taking sea. The descent of the typical Amalfi staircase is a prelude to an evocative and memorable panorama.
